403 Forbidden Error

Whenever I try to login/logout of my site, I keep getting a 403: Forbidden error. This wasn't heppening before the recent server transfers.

It occurs when following this URL:
http://www.dgaming.co.uk/forums/?ac...://www.dgaming.co.uk/index.php?section=accoun

I tryed it without the retun-URL variable (login_url), and it worked fine. Has something like security been put into place that would stop a URL like this?

What are the permissions on 'forums/index.php'?
Something like 755 should work.

The permissions for the entire /forums folder are 755.

What else might it be?
