403 Forbidden Errors

Hi There,

I'm not sure what's going on. I had a few simple php pages that were working fine a few days ago and now they are all giving me 403 errors, including the index.html

http://sgin.x10host.com/index.html

I saw the note about .htaccess, but i can't find that file. Do I have to create one?

I also checked permissions for the files and they are all 644, the directories are all 755.

at URL [ http://sgin.x10host.com/index.html ] = I 'see' --> "Hello World!"

I assume your current IP address is on one or more of the blacklist used by x10hosting's free-hosting servers

I think it might have been my proxy server.
