I'm getting a forum when I go there, so things are working at the server end. I'm unable to check on mobile, though, so I don't know if you have anything running for mobile clients that might have permissions set wrong, etc. If you're still having a problem, though, you might want to see if your connection's IP address has been blacklisted using a tool like https://www.whatismyip.com/blacklist-check/

I was also greeted with the same forum, along with the sections that were distributing warez. Please open a dispute via the account panel to provide an explanation into this, and why exactly usernames/passwords were being shared publicly on the forum as well.
