403 Forbidden on UserCP and myCode

So, I'm having problems with MyBB installation in x10hosting, possibly due to mod_security blocking the HTML-allowed sections of my forum. I tried to create a new MyCode and got this error, then tested writing the replacement code directly in the UserCP and got this error again.

My forum is at: http://kouseirpg.pcriot.com/

I'm saving to upgrade to Premium services, but while that happens, what can be done to solve this problem?

Adding an update, this error also seems to happen at random when trying to post, I'm not sure what's going on here anymore...

A few people are having trouble with mod_security, It seems only x10 themselves an add exceptions.
