Hi, I'm getting a:

"You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/myfeed.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

error when I try to open a document I uploaded. My domain is http://caesetia.x10.mx/.

Thank you!

Check the permissions on that file. You can do this using Cpanel's file manager tool with the permissions icon. They should be 644 for normal files

Should I be changing it to 644? Or 777?

Eta: It's not letting me change permissions. Everything's set to 000, and when I try to change it, I get "FileOp Failure on: /home/caesetia/public_html/cgi-bin: Permission denied".

Help?

Oh. Well that explains things! Thank you!

...except it won't let me do anything now? When I go into my file manager, there's literally nothing there. :/

The file is a PHP file, not a cgi file, you just went to the wrong directory for that. Uploading to the public_html folder may fix this. If not, post back. If you really need cgi, as calistoy said, x10 hosting free is not for you.
