403 Forbidden

Hi,

I set up my domain name for use with my x10 account, but whenever I visit the domain in my browser, I am given a 403 Forbidden message. It's pointing to your servers but somehow is not being public. I checked permissions and everything seems okay. Is there something I'm missing or not considering? Thank you for your help.

Moved to level two support
The permissions on your public_html folder are wrong.

Change the permissions via cpanel on your public_html folder then to rwxr-xr-x
This doesnt need an admin to fix.
