404 403 error pages cant setup

i cant setup the 404 and 403 and that stuff

when i did save and i go to www.zombie-killzone.nl/test404bldfjsdf for example
i go to the x10hosting error page

Add these liness to .htaccess file

ErrorDocument 404 /404.shtml
ErrorDocument 403 /403.shtml

Where 404.shtml and 403.shtml must be there in public_html folder

Actually, the files can be any extension and located anywhere your ErrorDocument points. .shtml files are parsed everytime they are requested with is a performance hit if you are not using SSI.
