404 Can't access any page

Yesterday my site (otakuclub.elementfx.com) was working fine but today many of the images and php files have vanished. I can't access any page, I get 404 everywhere. Not all of the files have been deleted apparently, I can still see all the directories and a few php files left when I access through FTP. But most of the filse are gone.

Keep in mind I didn't modify the site at all this whole week! Did the servers corrupt their files or something?

I checked it about 10 minutes ago and it was still giving me 404's. I checked again just now and now Apache is down too.

[edit] Apache is back up, but the site still gives 404 errors.
