I'm on Free hosting account. I've been trying to install Movable Type 4.
I've uploaded the contents as per the instructions in http://www.movabletype.org/documentation/installation/.
I changed the file permissions to 755.
However, whenever I try to access <domain>/cgi-bin/mt/ or <domain>/cgi-bin/mt/<any file> I get an error
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/mt/readme.html on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I also checked my .htaccess file. It does not block access.
What am I doing wrong ?
