404 Error and nothing in the root directory

I am checking my website and it is giving me this notice:

The file or directory you have requested was not found on the server.

I quickly checked my cPanel and found that everything is clear. No single file in the directory.
Can I recover those files? Is this a temporary error?
I am worried..

i have the same problem, when i browse my site its give me the same notice:

i also check cPanel every thing is right to me, but when i check file manager i sow every thing is gone.... totally empty.
i also check webmail. all mail account are gone...

what to do..? any one help....? anyone.... please..?

Well! I talked to x10hosting members. The SAN is down and we'll not be able to see the files in our cPanel file manager at this time. When it gets up, everything will be fine. After that first thing to do is to take the backup of your website as quick as possible.
Hope everything get alright.

Same thing happened to me today. Server Soli. Opened a ticket an hour or so ago but no response from x10 team so far. The MySQL server seemed to be down too...
