404 Error, now a 500 Server error

I had the same 404 issue as several others, they claim their services are restored but mine has switched to 500 server error. I've checked CHMOD settings and tried to turn on error display through htaccess and nothing is working. Thanks!

I, too am getting this 500 Internal Server Error. Quite annoying actually.
