404 Error on every page?

Hello Support,

Well my website is http://projectblackout.co.uk. What had happen was one day when I tried going to a webpage it took forever to load and it never loaded. So now when I checked the next day I kept on saying the following 404 error page:

[h=1]404 Not Found[/h]The resource requested could not be found on this server!

I also had my own 404 error page, so that's how I also know that it's not just me.
