404 Error on page that already exists

404 error appears when I'm trying to access my site right now: https://www.totalsocial.ca/beta/. It always returns to be an 404 error, even though the file already exists on the server.

Yes I have the same problem since three days on my site http://icareconsulting.cu.cc/ why is it scatered and it say that the pages do not exist on the server when you click on it
