404 Error page on xhosting

Hi,

I have updated some files a couple of days agò and they were working well, today I have tried to see them for adjustemends but the server is rising an error 404.
link: http://phptest.x10.mx/apic12/administrator_screen.php, and the files are still there.

could you please give me some advises.

What are the permissions of those files?

I'm having the same trouble on my account... I double checked the permissions and they are all 744. Any advice would be helpful. (BTW, I don't have an index.html in the www folder, I'm trying to run everything out of subdirectories for now, could this be causing it?)

Try permissions 755, 744 is pretty odd, I forgot I think it doesn't let view..

I tried changing the permissions yesterday, but now I can't get into the FTP server... I even try and open the file manager in cPanel and I can see the folders on the left, but the right just says "Loading..." Just FYI: I'm on the Starka server and the my subdomain is: hjguides.x10.bz
Let me know what you find out.
Also, not sure if it's important, but when I got the 404 page before, I got just a page that was slow to load with a 404 message, now it's covered in ads (I assume that means the server is fixed).
