404-Not Found error

Hi, I have problem with my main page vail.exofire.net . I have installed all even made Index.html to test but my main page still showing 404-Not Found error. Previously my account was transfer from co.cc to exofire.net. I think it's wasn't done properly. Please help me.

Is the file named "Index.html" or "index.html"? URIs) are case sensitive, as is the filesystem used on the x10 servers.

I checked that already mission. Staff can see users urls. /Index.html doesn't work and neither does /index.html - I'm now seeing 500 Internal Server Errors.

this could be a htaccess problem. try renaming it to .htaccess~ and see if your site stops giving error 500. if it does, post your htaccess and I will try to solve the problem.

What does it say in the error logs? Sign in to cPanel, then open the Error Log panel in the Logs section.
