404 not found?!! hosting just started a few days ago...

I just opened an account here at x10 hosting a few days ago in which I setup a Wordpress blog on. I just went to update my blog and I get an 404 not found error and I cannot log into the ftp server.

What happened? Does this hosting service just randomly delete content or what?

Disregard this, I guess.. Now all of a sudden its loading again.

Boru had a mini-heart attack earlier, it lost connection to our storage network which caused everyone's main directory to disappear. Saving grace is usually when that happens, the data is actually intact, it just suddenly becomes inaccessible, and more importantly it doesn't happen often (usually just right after a reboot).
