404 not found when login into wordpress

I have set up domain called http://concentration-exercises.exofire.net , but i can only see the "default web page" error, i flushed dns etc, but it still persists..

I have added a parked domain called http://concentration-exercises.co.cc i can see my default wp blog page.. just another wp blog..like that..
I used fantastico to install the blog..
Please help me to set my blog..

Try adding a ?foo to the end of the exofire.net URL. Your ISP is caching the old page if you have cleared your browser cache and history. I can see your blog using that URL.
