404 Site files deleted at Stoli.Pls help

Today when i tried to login to my site mytechshout .The home directory was not found.When i checked the files they have all been deleted.I don't know why this happen.Can i recover the files deleted.Pls help.

No dude i cannot.They are fixing the issue now.The files are available but the data could not be read by the panel.

Same issue but I know it is an issue due to it wont even allow me access to the web directory the files are in nor will it allow me to upload any files

Stoli can read the files again but, the mysql server is offline, we hope the server will be online soon.:frown:
