Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am receiving this error when attempting to add a component in Joomla using the built-in installer. Everything I have read as to the cause of this problem says it is a server-side issue and that the mod_security piece of Apache is likely causing the error. Any ideas as I have not found anything other than what is mentioned above.
