414 Request-URI Too Large

To the support staff i am getting this message in the control panel:
414 Request-URI Too Large

It appears that we are having some slight difficulties, please wait and try your request again. (00A3367E)

And i was reading that it was the resources that was too high WELL thats not right because ONE - the hosting that i was told would be activated within 36 hours has not been activated by you yet and it has been 49 hrs now!!
TWO - the control panel was having troubles last night i could not login at all and now i get this message (( 414 Request-URI Too Large )) can someone look into whats really going on here??

How did you access http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php?

Did you open your web browser and type it in? Or click on a link to it? If you clicked on a link to it where is this exact link? This is an error that requires as much detail as possible to determine the cause.
