It doesn't matter what time of day or what day it is, i get this message. I usually have to retry 30 or so times before it finally lets me in, and it's getting pretty annoying.

Is it because i'm using filezilla? I highly doubt 75 users are logged into my FTP...

I'm assuming the value it's showing is the server's global FTP connections. That might show something.

You stated you are using Filezilla, correct? Can you check to see what the multiple connection setting is at? If its more than 1 connection, change the setting to one and try to connect again.

it means the server is too busy to accept any other logins. You will need to just wait for a slot. Happens sometimes. The chances are it is in a peak time.
