425 Sorry, FTP connections are not allowed from your country of origin

Hi,

I'm getting this error while trying to access the server today. I have been able to use FTP for the past week and a half here in Hong Kong, and only need to do so for another week before I return to Canada.

Hello,

Unfortunately we cannot whitelist specific IPs from the firewall, so you will either have to use the cPanel File Manager to manage your site or hold off until you arrive back in Canada. We do not block Canada from FTP, so you will be able to connect normally from there.
