Hi

I always connected from home (..in the same country, evidently ) but it's the first time this occurs.
I'm from Switzerland and I've seen I'm not the first one to have this problem.

now it isn't a big problem as I can still use the file manager, but it's a site I've created for school... and I can't access this kind of adress: stoli.x10hosting.com:2083
from school and nor a proxy, cause there is a very restrictive firewall (nobody has yet been able to bypass it except with google translate, but it doesn't work with this adress)

Thanks for reading...

Hello,

We recently implemented login blocks on FTP and cPanel from countries that have been blocked from signing up. Unfortunately there is no way to bypass this restriction at this time, we are currently looking to re-allow cPanel logins from users with pre-existing accounts (such as yours) but implementing a similar policy for FTP logins would be difficult if not impossible.
