5 days since I requested for PHP intermediate upgrade

This is now a new error that I'm encountering. Now, apparently, the solution to the getmypid() error is to upgrade to intermediate. The fact that I have this error should mean that somehow I still haven't been upgraded right?

This is now another error in addition to previously mentioned errors about low memory and mod_security issues:

If it's possible, can I see some changes soon? I've been waiting on these issues for basically 5 days and it's really hampering my site. Thanks.

Alright, the upgrade seemed to have worked now and the memory issues have been solved. However, I still seem to have the same issues stemming from mod_security. Is it possible for me to get some details regarding that?

When posting certain posts, I get a 406 Error:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /wp-admin/post.php could not be found on this server.

I read around and this is related to mod_security.

Also, I can't upload images through the Wordpress uploader, which after reading around, can also be pinpointed to mod_security.

I could just disable mod_security, but I don't think that's the safest thing to do.
