500 & 404 Error

Receiving both a 500 internal error and a 404 error on my website for the index.php http://teambreh.x10.mx/index.php page. I haven't touched any mysql or ftp access in about a week, the page was working approximately 4 hours ago (2/16/2011) @ 12:00pm PST.
