Hello. I am using your service in web design class in baltimore, MD. Students are encountering a 500 Internal Service Error this morning when trying to "add new service" to their account. Students who already set up their service have been able to successfully access their control panel. But students with "terminated" services are not able to set up new service because of the 500 Internal Service Error. Is it a problem with their accounts or with the server. They all used their university emails ending with .edu to set up their accounts. Thanks.
