500 error on tke.x10.bz

Hello.
When I going to my site tke.x10.bz, I see 500 Internal Server Error.
Why is this so and how to fix it?
.htaccess normal, no problem there.

PHP files need to be permissions 644 and folders 755 for them to work; at a glance it looks like you've actually got 755 on the files too.

in public_html missing files, folder "administrator". why is it?

I with filezilla change all folders permissions to 755 and to all files(not usualy for php, but for all files) 644, but 500 error is not gone.
what the trouble?

I try to change permission in public_html to 777, and after I had a 500 error.
Then I change permission for all folders to 755 and to all files to 644(this said to me on forum). 500 error, not changed.
I try to delete all in folder public_html and copy the site to hosting with FTP (FileZila).
It's not work. 500 error always.
