500 error

This site, http://pufflegamerz.ecar.x10.bz/Uploader/uploader.html
is used for uploading image files using php. However, I get a 500 error.

Anybody know what is wrong?

That error usually means your script is returning an empty response, but, please don't upload a public image upload script to your free hosting account.
