Hello, go into your file manager to the folder of your site public_html I think and look for a file .htaccess and post it here.

Save that .htaccess on your computer and go download the drupal zip file and replace your existing one with the one from that folder.. If that doesn't work then I will find someone that knows about this or can fix the drupal settings for you.
