hi everyone,

I got a 500 internal error for my website tstamps.x10hosting.com. i logged on cpanel to check the error logs and i had the following problem: Premature end of index.php. I checked the code and seems fine.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Yea i upgraded yesterday and still unable to use my website...I got the email saying it will take up to 3 hours to go through but now sense its been 21 hours i was just wondering whats happening. Sorry to post again but every1 is saying to upgrade your account meanwhile that still does nothing.

I don't think this has to do with upgrading the php I have had intermediate and my php is fine it's just the cgi that isn't working and It just happened out of nowhere this morning. I'm thinking its just a tiny error that they are having since we didn't change anything.

If it's not PHP version, it could be a permissions problem, Firstly try setting your permissions correctly for all files and folders, if that doesn't work rename your htaccess file to htaccess.bk else, if they both don't work, it might be related to an SQL issue... last night i had the same problem, only when SQL was down.
