Hi,

I'm having major problems with my site. First, when I try to go to it, I get a database connection error. I then tried to check directadmin to see if there's any issue and I get a "500 Internal Server" error.

Also, on FTP, I'm getting a "Server sent unsorted certificate chain in violation of the TLS specifications" error.

Please help!

Thanks

If you’re considering a BBL in NYC, it’s important to research qualified, board-certified surgeons with proven results. Recovery can take several weeks, so planning ahead is essential. Costs vary depending on the surgeon and procedure specifics for bbl nyc, so get a detailed consultation. Make sure to discuss potential risks and realistic expectations during your appointment. Personal experiences and reviews from previous patients can also help you choose the right clinic. Always prioritize safety and proper post-operative care for the best results.
Hi,

It looks like your site is experiencing multiple server issues. The database connection error usually means your site cannot connect to the database. Check that your database credentials are correct and that the database server is running. The 500 Internal Server Error in DirectAdmin points to a server-side problem, possibly a misconfigured .htaccess file, PHP issues, or server resource limits. The FTP TLS certificate error indicates your SSL/TLS certificate chain is misconfigured and needs to be properly installed.

I recommend restarting your database and web server, verifying your credentials, checking error logs, and reinstalling the SSL certificate. If problems persist, contact your hosting provider for support.

Thanks for chiming in. I think you may not ve very familiar yet with the administration of the shared services we get here, though. We don't have access to server infrastructure per se, so the suggestions you made are not really an option.

It seems more likely that there was some issue on the backend. The database connection issue appears to have been resolved, as has the 500 internal server error. Last I checked, only the SSL issue was still persisting. We don't install our own certificates (moreover, the SLL on the website itself appears to be fine). So again, this issue - like the others - is on the backend and only the admins of x10hosting can resolve it.

Thanks again for your suggestions. Hopefully someone from the x10hosting team will assist.
