Hello,
Recently I've configured my site (http://shadowtacticalelites.cf) with Google Webmaster Tools so my site can appear on search engines.
A couple days later I got an email saying that there was a 100% DNS error

Using a DNS lookup tool, verify that the nameserver's name can be resolved to an IP address. If not, either update your whois record to contain an IP

I've used a DNS tool and the IP http://198.91.81.7/ returns to a 500 Internal Server Error.
How can I fix this?

Yes, you can't go directly to the IP address on a shared server. The host header your browser sends tells the server what website files to serve to you, when you go to the IP address it sends the IP as the host header.

I'm seeing the domain resolve to the correct IP \ load the correct site so this should be working fine.

Okay, but how can I get GoogleBot to successfully fetch my website? I really need my site to appear in search engines.

It's giving an error saying it can't fetch it?

.cf (and .tk, .gl, .ml, .gq) domains are from freenom.com

While a nice resource for free domain names, I find that they occasionally have temporary DNS issues.

I don't understand this at all. I already have the SEO configured and my website appears on Bing and Yahoo, but not on Google.
Bing Webmaster Tools successfully fetches my website.
This is what Google Webmaster Tools says:

http://www.shadowtacticalelites.cf/: Googlebot can't access your site
Over the last 24 hours, Googlebot encountered 2 errors while attempting to retrieve DNS information for your site. The overall error rate for DNS queries for your site is 100.0%.

I went ahead and did a manual fetch but Google webmaster tools keeps saying my site is "Temporarily Unreachable"
