Edit: staff go ahead and delete this thread - I didn't realize it would show up here, and I already have a thread for this problem
Someone or something is eating up resources on Chopin, causing many sites to go down. When I do manage to get into cPanel, the Service Status report shows memory use >90% and shows high numbers on cpu's
This has been going on for the last three days on and off, and there has been no update posted to the Service alerts board.
Could somebody post an update on the situation so that we have some idea that it is being looked at and possibly an idea as to an ETR.
