500 internal server error php perl script not running

hello
my website is 12help.elementfx.com
when i open any php or cgi script pages i got error message "500 internal server error" all my html pages runs properly. problem only occur today.
all script and php page was running smoothly before.

now i m unable to open any web pages. html pages too.
can not find server error.

plz look at the permissions, they should either be 644 or 755 (i think 644 is on files and 755 on folders). No files can have 777

so folders with permisions of 777 and 757 are completely blocked ('m assuming you want to block write privlages for groups and others)?

Is there any way to request that it be changed? (it would be useful for TDB and UPB - i need more than 3 databases and they need not be secure. See the link below.)

NM it's been too long since i worked with SQL databases - need more than 3 DB ... I must still be drunk
