500 Internal Server Error

I'm getting a 500 error on my domain (eisnercomputers.co.uk) the last thing I was doing was uploading my new Joomla! website. (~7:30) GMT

Just rename .htaccess file in addon domain folder to htaccess and see if that worked,

Also make sure files permission is not 777
