500 Internal Server Error

I get 500 Internal Server Error when I visit my site (http://fterh.com) Any ideas?

When I go to your main site, I see no files at all.

fterh.com is listed as an add-on, but what directory is it supposed to be housed in?

That's strange, in File Manager under public_html it shows cgi-bin, dailyblogdose, fterh, .htaccess. But from my browser (http://fabianterh.x10hosting.com) there is only dailyblogdose and cgi-bin. Why is that?

It's working now after I deleted my .htaccess. By the way, I hope this question doesn't offend the X10hosting staff, but after the servers migration to Chicago (IIRC) one of the staff said that uptime will be 99.9%. But I'm still getting a lot of downtime. I want to host my blog on X10hosting (not wordpress.com), but if it can't have 99.9% uptime, I have no choice but to go with wordpress.com

Can I have an honest answer as to the future server reliability?
