500 Internal Server Error

Hello,
I am Houssam, i have been uploading pictures to the account genepit.x10hosting.com through ftp, it has been working fine till few days ago, where i started getting "500 Internal Server Error" when i want to view the picture uploaded, but if i keep trying to reload after some minutes the picture appears, though when it appears another picture that used to appear would give "500 Internal Server Error".

The full error that shows on the page is:
"500 Internal Server Error

nginx/0.7.67"

For an example, this is one of the links that is giving me this error at the moment:

Are you still experiencing this issue?
If you are try clearing your browse cache and see if that resolves the problem.
If that does not work then post back and we will assist you farther.
I was able to view your images, (including the link you posted), with no difficulty or errors.

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, i am still facing the same issue, just now the links that are giving this error are different.
I have cleared my browser cash, and flushed DNS, but seem to keep facing this issue, with different browsers, also while using my notebook and pc.
Suddenly the link works, and i can see the picture, another time it just give me an error, and the once a link loads another doesn't, another time it loads normally.
I have tried loading those links from different internet lines, as i have asked my friends to try to view those picture, and same thing, the page keep loading long, then an error.

Your server, Boru, was experiencing some problems earlier today and those issues may not have been completely resolved at this time. Probably the best thing to do at this time is wait a few more hours. After that if you are still having difficulty post back and we will assist you farther.
