This is because of one of many reasons noted here

I did as you said but however, the problem still persists. What else can we do?
I thought it was the server's problem already, not our software..

Did you actually read that page vv linked to?

100% of Internal Server Errors are caused by your scripts or .htaccess files being misconfigured. The 2 most common reasons for this are bad permissions (files must be 644 and directories must be 755, anything being 666 or 777 causes errors), and bad .htaccess files

Skizzer, Well, I just deleted all of the htaccess and backed it up but still without luck, the problem still persisted.

Fortunately, after a day, the problem suddenly disappear without any of our intervention.

I assume that it was the x10hosting's problem already, not ours.
