500 Internal Server Error

I tried to install oxwall social network script from from cpanel. After installing that it displays success message and i tried to open my site http://www.frienz.x10.bz and it displays 500 Internal Server Error.
Can i know what is the problem?

Just add this line in your .htaccess:
RewriteBase /
