I've upgraded to PHP v2 and received a mail that my upgrade has successfully been completed, however, I'm still receiving "500 Internal Server Error" when I try to access/set up my Oekaki board. I've chmodded file permissions to 777 on the required files/folders, yet I still can't access...

Can someone who's familiar with this help me, please? ^^;

When using an FTP program you have to use ASCII transfer type and not Auto to CHMOD the files.

Any executable PHP files have to be 755 or below, they can not be 777.

Um, what about this thread then...? I'm using the exact same files as the thread starter (OekakiPoteto 5x) and she was able to set her PHP files to 777 after upgrading to PHP v2, but I can't. .__.;

Folders that do not contain executable PHP files can be chmodded to 777. I'm saying any executable PHP files can not have 777 permissions.

So it's not possible for me to install the Oekaki boards at all...? I've seen quite a few other threads/posts around here and they've all managed to install successfully with the same version as what I have.

I can't access the install page/folders at all when I change it from 777 to something lower. >_<;;

I'm pretty sure it works you just have to get the write combination of permissions.

What is a link to the error?

I changed your oekaki folder to 755 and I can see that URL. Where do you get the install error at.
