500 Internal Server Error

hi all of admins and hi corey how are you all ? I have a problem with my site when i browse an error appeare to me said :
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@thefox91.thefox91.x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

i don't know why was that please help and answer me also i can now log into my cpannel but that error i don'y know why please help to solve it ....... thanks for all
Note : I asked for requset to upgrade for php in order to solve the error but i haven't upgraded yet..

It's because of the Absolut upgrades. I've checked my site (which is on Absolut) and I'm getting the error. So, please refer to this post for more details.

The problem is your attitude is so bad here, I never have support problems.

A 500 error can be caused for any number of reasons such as a server overload, or even a problem with your php code. I'm guessing most likely the error is your code and not the server as mine works just fine.
