500 internal server error

Can some please help this message comes up when i try to install my new script.
I have no idea what it means

it means the server is down and/or you typed in a invalid page, with screwed up config settings.

Make sure your files are not CHModded to anything above 755.

the server is still up my other pages on my domain work and it is a script i just downloaded it says i have to run the install page first and this is what comes up

yeah. check the chmods

for most scripts the chmod should me 755 or 644.
please also look your error log for exact problem.
