500 Internal Server Error

Hey guys,

x10hosting has been a great service. I cannot for the life of me figure out what is going on with my account, though. Anybody have any ideas?

I have posted a support ticket, I'm assuming the admins are swamped, and I don't want to overload them if I can fix it myself.

You have to post all the detail of what might be causing the error. If your site was working perfectly before, and suddenly your are getting this error, then yes you will have to wait for an admin to help you or for an admin to fix the servers if it is a server wide problem.

Yeah, I know about providing details; I'm a computer systems engineer putting myself through school. Thank you for the reply.

I guess I'll have to wait for the admins to get to my ticket.

I think that Twinkie meant that you need to post more details here if you wanted us to try & help, since you gave us nothing to go on.

But yes, opening a Support ticket is probably your best bet.
