Edit: Oops, 500 Internal* Error.

I keep getting this error. Before it would take about 3 minutes to load a page that says This page is unavailable. But not in your normal 404 error, it was in the center of the screen and all it said was "This page is unavailable."

I have a wiki installed on it: nugames.co.cc the domain previously was nugames.x10.mx. The x10.mx name was giving me the unavailable error, once I changed it to co.cc I got the 500 error.

Wtfs going on?

The 500 error you see on nugames.co.cc is not from x10hosting (at least if you are seeing a full page that starts:

HTTP Error 500 Internal server error

Introduction

The Web server (running the Web Site) encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request by the client (e.g. your Web browser or our CheckUpDown robot) for access to the requested URL.

This is a 'catch-all' error generated by the Web server. Basically something has gone wrong, but the server can not be more specific about the error condition in its response to the client. In addition to the 500 error notified back to the client, the Web server should generate some kind of internal error log which gives more details of what went wrong. It is up to the operators of the Web server site to locate and analyse these logs.

That message is from co.cc's servers, since apparently they have removed your DNS entry.

You should contact co.cc and straighten things out.

I don't understand. It's settings are fine. I've used this same domain in the past, it was set up before on the same account. The name servers had never been changed, the domain never expired. The x10 account eventually removed my free hosting as I assume due to inactivity, so I re-singed up for hosting and got everything back in place. Nothing's changed.

Traceroute etc to your domain.

It goes to co.cc's servers in Korea.

It cannot find any DNS records.

Those problems originate at co.cc , not x10hosting.

Others have reported similar problems with co.cc due to their site being down during the migration.

When they talked to co.cc , they were able to clear the problem up.

Talk to them. There is nothing x10hosting can do.
