500 Server error and cant access cpanel

Hi all my site was working fine a few hours ago and now my site has 500 server error i havent done anything like upload anything for it to occur and i tried logging into cpanel and my ftp via filezilla and with cpanel i get invalid security token and ftp just wont log me in.

Are you one the Vox server? I have the same problem too. I thought it was because I uploaded an image too large, but it's not.

yeah im on vox maybe a little problem with the server
