[5000 Credits] For flash flv player/streamer

I need an swf- flv video streamer for my site. the player should work with an xml file(for the playlist) , have a full screen option and preferably having a skin similar to wmp 11.A sample screenshot is attached with this post for reference:

I had already tried jw player. but they dont have a wmp skin and a good playlist option. And I cant take the trouble of messing up with that

http://flowplayer.org/ is awesome. It is possible to skin it however you want. And it's open source.

Well, if you are gonna have ads or otherwise earn money on your site, you need to pay, while flowplayer is free on both non-commercial and commercial sites
