503 Backend Fetch

Hi, I keep randomly receiving the 503 Backend Fetch error on my website.
It happens randomly from posting a thread, to creating a node in my XenForo software.
Can someone please explain the cause of this? Please and thank you.

Sorry, but before we can help with this, we need a Validation Token to verify you own a valid XenForo installation. You can get a validation token from the XenForo Customer Area.

Since there is a good indication that your XenForo installation may be nulled, and we obviously can't host illegal software, I have suspended your account for now. Please generate a validation token, and create an appeal from your control panel containing the token, so we can unsuspend your account.
