"All of your PHP scripts and directories have permission levels of 777, which is a big security risk, which is why the web server is showing the 503 error. Please fix your file permissions; files should be 644, and directories should be 755. You can change file permissions from your cPanel File Manager (select files, and click the Change Permissions icon at the top), or through FTP."

saw this, but after I changed my file forum.php to 644, I can't log on to my site anymore. (Discuz system) the php is not executing at all.
If I changed back to 777, I can't see the page. 503 error appeared
Is it possible to set permission to 777 for my file? thanks.
