I created a ticket in the past days but didn't got any response so I decided to create a thread.
My ticket messages below:
Hi x10hosting staffs and admin,
I would like to know whats going on with my website back-end portion because whenever I tried to access wp-admin dashboard the site keeps saying:
"503 Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily busy, try again later!".
At this moment, I can only access the frontend, ftp as well as cpanel portions.
Please let know how I can fix this or does this problem on the server side. My site is using wordpress CMS on lotus server.
Thank you very much for your help.

Update: I can now access the dashboard of my website, but still there are some parts where I can't access like post-new post section and login / register section. The widget section are malfunctioned as well and still keeps saying:
"503 Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily busy, try again later!".
I already update / install wordpress manually via ftp, and clean cache and cookies as some user suggested but still no good.
Please help me.
