503 Error On The Dashboard in Word Press

I keep receiving a "503" error whenever i try to update my website using Word Press. It has been happening since last week, and this is getting frustrating. Please help me ASAP! Below is the message i receive.

503 Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily busy, try again later!Powered By LiteSpeed Web Server

503's are happening at almost every form submission now.

Hello, the 503 error is happening on your account due to your account attempting to utilize more than 2 GB of memory at one instant. Do you have any non-standard WordPress modifications made or plugins installed on your installation?
